Refund policy

At BBX Face, we want you to love your order.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened skincare products, face masks or beauty items.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at bbx_face@outlook.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition to be considered for a return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
