Cancellation policy

BBX Club subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.

Customers can manage their subscription through their account, including skipping a month, pausing or cancelling their subscription at any time.

Any changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date to affect the upcoming month's box.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds for that month's subscription box. Customers will continue to receive any boxes already paid for before cancellation takes effect.
