Shipping policy

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

BBX Club subscription boxes are dispatched monthly. Customers will receive updates regarding monthly shipping dates via email.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or circumstances outside of our control may occur.
